Maximum

The
standard rooms can be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to
06 years of age on existing bedding. Standard room can not accommodate
an extra bed. Deluxe room can accommodate one extra bed. Executive and
Family suites can accommodate maximum 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and
2 children with existing and extra beddings.

For
arrivals between 01.00 A.M and 07.00 A.M, a room is booked from the
previous night. Should the guest not require a previous night booking, but
wish to occupy the room before the official check-in time, an extra charge
subject to the hotel’s occupancy will be applied.

hotel will be restricted.
Force
Majeur and acts of God
All
rooms and suites which may be reserved are subject to inability of the
hotel to provide such accommodation as a result of acts of God, acts of
governments or other authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances,
strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines or as a result of any cause beyond
the control of the hotel and the hotel shall incur no liability to provide
any accommodation reserved hereby, if such inability is due to any of the
causes listed above.
Safety &
Acceptability
The
hotel reserves the right to exclude or eject any person from the function
or hotel premises without liability if in the hotel’s opinion such a
person is acting in an objectionable, unruly or inappropriate manner or is
not respecting the hotel’s rules and regulations. If the hotel has reason
to believe that an act from client will affect the smooth running of the
hotel’s business, its security and reputation, it reserves the right to
cancel the guest’s stay at any time without liability.
Damages
/ Indemnity or Client’s liability for damage
The
client shall be liable for any damage or loss (and costs or expenses
arising thereby) suffered by the Majestic Tower Hotel and caused by him or
any guest , employee or agent of his where so ever or howsoever arising.
Cancellation
